Catch Reports 2008
Week April 12th - 19th

Extremely changeable conditions with frosts, rain, wind meant that we are struggling to get the fish on the feed a slight change on Wednesday bought some of the fish on but despite all this we didnt have a bad week considering. We entertained Steve (Steve7) & Mick his son from Liverpool, our first Fly & Flourish customers & Aaron & his father Allan from Norfolk. A love of Liverpool measnt that there was much banter!!!!
So the scores on the doors….
25lbs -30lbs 10
20 - 25 14
15 - 20 6
10 - 15 1

Including 8 mid teen cats Steve & Mick managed to bank 827lbs of fish, biggest of the week went to Steve at 28.8 almost doubling his previous pb, both of them were using Catcherbaits ‘Squiddly Diddlies’ & our own pellets.

Steve & Mick were fishing from Blue Camp, whilst Allan was in Goffees & Aaron was in Beatties.

Week April 5th - 11th

Dans exclusive party booked for 6 days and despite snow, hail and some really peculiar weather landed the following:-
> 15lbs 7
16 - 20lbs 9
21 - 25lbs 12
25 - 30lbs 17

biggest 29.12 Common

The lake still isnt fishing at its best… lets hope the weather conditions pick up soon.

Week 29th March - April 5th

Despite freezing temperatures, gales & yet more rain for the first 5 days of this week, 3 anglers Chris, Drew & Paul on an exclusive week here managed to land the following:-
12 17lbs - 20lbs, 11 21lbs - 25lbs, 11 25lbs - 29 lbs & 2 over 30 of 30.04 & 35.8
Unfortunately Linden had to return to the UK early when he received news that his father had tragically died… our thoughts are very much with him and his family at this very sad time.
